In reply to: [WooCommerce] custom addon not working 100%I figured out the issue on my own. apparently this WCPA plugin wont display on products that do not have a set price. It never mentioned this until I made a new product, in its own category and had nothing linked to it besides the plugins attributes only then did it display the issue on the product page.

I made a category called “file upload” I linked it to the products that would need the upload option and it still skips over the same products. I just can not for the life of me understand what is going on here, this should not be this complicated.

I removed the “Heat Transfer Paper for Clothing Pre-Printed” from the digital & 3d printing category and it still does not show the file upload button so I’m at a complete loss as to why it works with some categories and not others.

I’m afraid to purchase another plug in as I purchased one for $70 called “Woocommerce Custom Product Addons” by Acowebs
I was happy with it, it did what it was supposed to do except that it would only work on a single product and not even for all the products in that particular category. I contacted the support for the plug in and gave them access to my site to see if they could fix it but I think they couldnt figure it out either so they tried telling me my website is slow and unresponsive but I have 0 issues with my site being slow and never has it been unresponsive, they no longer are replying back to me and just kept my money.
I apologize for posting in the wrong forum area, in the future I will make sure to post in the correct place.

In reply to: Prdouct page description background colorAlso, the text with in the product description box are the correct color how ever the product description tab is not correct. so if it wouldn’t be visible after the background change. Id prefer for it to be the same purple as the rest of the text.

In reply to: Help with WP SiteI figured it out, although there must be a BETTER way for others in the future. at no point did I ever see the ability to delete groups or other blocks from my side bar widget until I went to the top and changed view to “list view” this then showed all available groups in which it then had options to the right to click and delete these individually.

In reply to: Help with WP SiteSo I have figured out these are side bar widget issue, still havnt figured out how to delete them. When I’m under appearance, widgets and I have the sidebar arrow open I can add more block but I cant seem to figure out how to delete the stuff with in this one already….

In reply to: Help with WP SiteThis original theme I’m using is the “unite” theme. I just edited within WP dashboard. I do have some self taught knowledge of using wordpress but its been years since I’ve used this so I am really rusty and a lot has changed.
