I need to clarify something. Stacking the images on top of each other makes sense when its used in the sidebar, but it doesn’t look good in an after entry widget area. The images need to go across.

Nick, I found out what the problem is by checking the browser console for errors. It’s not an error, but it is bad for people who are using your plugin!

It appears that in the newest version of Firefox, a privacy option has been checked for Private Windows, making the Facebook and LinkdIn buttons disappear.

Here’s what I had to do to get the buttons to show up again in Firefox:

In the Firefox Menu, go to:
Options
Click on Privacy
Uncheck “Use Tracking Protection in Private Windows

I hope you can put together an update to resolve this, because this setting is going to have a negative impact on social sharing for people using the newest version of Firefox.

Matt, I went ahead and updated my review to 4 stars. Unfortunately, WordPress does not appear to allow users to delete reviews. I believe your intentions are good, and I look forward to seeing what you and your team are going to do with this plugin.

Matt, as far as I am concerned, the support still lacks. You did respond to the first email, and provided me with code, as mentioned in my review. But you did not address my other concerns in my reply. You just blew me off. That’s how I felt, anyway.

You only responded after I posted a review here, and your response was very quick. Why didn’t you respond as quickly when I raised these issues in my reply to you?

And now you appear to be arguing with me over my rating, wasting my time. You should be thankful that I am willing to change my review. Instead, you are getting an attitude with me. That is unprofessional, and bad for business.
