Thank you for your response. I have performed the additional tests as requested.

1. Database-only backup test: I created a new, basic Database-only backup job and attempted to run it. However, it failed immediately with the same error.
2. Review of previous logs: I checked the log April 1st (the last successful backup). The job completed in 218 seconds (Archive size: 552.45 MB) without any warnings or errors.
3. Plugin conflict test: Due to this being a production environment, I am unable to deactivate all other plugins.
4. Current Status: As reported, the “Server Self-Connect” check still returns a “Status 200, Content-length: 0” response. No logs are being generated even for the minimal Database-only job.

I will provide these facts to the client’s IT department to have them investigate.
