Correct – nothing happens. The Doc name populates in the “Select docx file:” dialogue and that is it.What browser are you using? Do you get the issue in other browsers?
IE11 – get this result.
Google Chrome – works! ie can load in document and get it into the editor.Have you tried loading other documents?
Yes same result using IE11.If you open the Developer Tools in F12, open the “Console” tab, and then try loading a document, do you see any other errors?

Appears 5 times.Do you get the same issue if you disable any other plugins or use a default theme?

In reply to: [Mammoth .docx converter] dosent work with 4.9.6The situation is now worse – the document won’t even load into the Mammoth pre viewer – previously it would load there then not load to the Editor. Now it won’t load at all.

In reply to: [Mammoth .docx converter] dosent work with 4.9.6Hi I have just updated to WordPress 4.9.6 today and mammoth converter has stopped working.
I can upload the document ok into the viewer. When I select Insert to Editor is says Inserting the stops and nothing gets inserted.
When I Select All and Paste into the editor is hangs with a long running script and then when you clear that the document has not loaded into the editor.
