In the WP Dashboard, under WooCommerce in System Settings, I had a message under PHP Sessions that said that I had to have my host specify the php sessions path. I had my host do this, and now I can put things in the shopping cart, so that seemed to be the fix.

I thought it must be something simple that I was doing wrong, but there were so many opportunities for doing something simple wrong, it would have taken me a while, if ever, to figure out exactly which one it was 🙂

In reply to: [WooCommerce] When using Variations price shows up as Free! on product pageI just discovered that the price says Free! on simple products too, even though I have a price set. I think I must have changed a setting somewhere, because a simple product did show the price correctly when I first started adding my products.
