When using Variations price shows up as Free! on product page

I sell products that vary in size. I set up the attribute “sizes”, then for my product, I set it as a variable product, chose the attribute “sizes”, added the values, and then under the variations tab, I input the price for each value. However, when I view my site, the product page and the New products widget on the homepage both say “Free!”. This is very bad! How do I get it to show a price, and how does it show a price, when there are actually two prices, depending on the size they choose? Thanks for any help!
