It would relate to the Woocommerce plugin…because the email notifications aren’t being delivered as configured in that plugin settings.

I apologize for the tardy response. The plugin the new order notifications and confirmation is wooCommerce; I downloaded the plugin from the WP repository. The theme that we use is OceanWP v1.8.3, this too I downloaded from the WP repository.
