Thanks! That did clear up a thing or two on the Illustrator side of it. I wish I knew more (anything really) about code though. I bet there is some useful info in there, I just can’t do much with it.

I have been successful in using svg as my featured image and it looks amazing, but I have had trouble getting them to appear as media in my portfolio item posts. It would be very helpful if I could get them to work because so much of what I show is vector-based and the fuzzy edges really detract from their quality, particularly on a retina-level resolution screen.

Thanks for the reply. I have been doing the same thing and have tried both dragging the logo and selecting the logo to no avail. I tried the logo I used to have as well as the one I wanted to update to but had no luck. I went in and deactivated a few plugins and voila! I went back and tracked it down to Infinite Scroll – a plugin I had never gotten to work anyway (no idea what the correct inputs are for that to make it work with PP) – and when it is deactivated the custom logo upload works as it should.
