Exit Question: If the thread title is “Text Widgets Will Not Save (4.2.2)” how is my statement off topic? You asked OP about themes and I stated I had the same problem as OP with the default theme.
The Text Widgets Will Not Save in v4.2.2 even using the default Twenty Fifteen theme in a clean install. Also @tara, your dismissive response wss not helpful. This is a major issue since it involvs default functionality in basic widgets using a default theme on multiple platforms.
