In reply to: [Link Library] Show Category Description (Image) before individual linksI think I figured it out — when I have both the “Link Description” and “Category Description” selected, it works.
When I only have “Category Description” — it doesn’t.

The fact that it’s not showing anything — either text or an image — makes me wonder if there’s a conflict with my theme. Let me try changing my theme real quick and seeing if that’s the issue.

In reply to: [Link Library] Show Category Description (Image) before individual linksOne additional note: It also doesn’t show the contents of the “before” or “after” contents of the Category Description row either. (They’re currently supposed to say ‘Hello’ and ‘Goodbye’ — as another test.

In reply to: [Link Library] Show Category Description (Image) before individual linksThanks so much for the work. That being said — it doesn’t appear to be functioning. I have Category Description marked as “Display” in advanced, and nothing appears.
I tried a few fixes:
–tried creating a new library, and not adjusting any settings
–tried changing the description to text only, to see if that would show
–tried changing the list display from a unformatted list to table, and back again.
–clicked and unclicked just about every option in the “links” and “category” tabs.Here’s the page: http://ovcball.net/the-feed/ (Right now, it only has two links as I’m still testing it)
The description shows just fine with the category name when I have “Show Category Description” clicked in the category tab, but it still doesn’t show with the link.
