The person who had an error told me they were on a PC using Chrome. Nobody testing with Mac has had an error.
I have been having this happen for months…out of the blue. I have recently been asking about what browser/device. The latest error came from someone on a PC using Chrome.
I have tried to replicate the error on my Macbook on Chrome and Safari, iPhone with Safari, and my husband’s Macbook on Chrome and it always works..I’ve never been able to get an error on my Apple devices.
my developer wasn’t able to help at all, as it looked like everything on the backend of my site was “fine”
