Hi again – I needed to resolve this quickly so I ended up rolling my site back to a backup from before I installed the store vacation plugin. Thank you again for your help.
Hello,
Thank you for your response. Can you please confirm whether or not the server cache is the issue here? Please visit the link I provided if you have not already. It seems odd to me that I would need to delete the plug-in just to turn off the vacation message and that the message is still there even after deleting. Do you know why this happened in the first place? As I mentioned, I would like to use the plug-in but the inability to turn OFF the functionality is problematic. I’d appreciate more suggestions/explanations, please. Before deleting I tried just turning it off in plug-in settings but that only turned it off for me when I was logged in as an admin (it was still active/visible publicly).
Also, if I do have to delete my server cache, can you please tell me what would need to be cleared? Something specific to the plug-in or the entire cache?
Thank you.
Further to my question above, if there are additional steps I need to take to “uninstall” the plugin (i.e. database tables that may still be on my site even after the plugin is deleted) please let me know. Thank you very much. I would really like to use this plugin in the future, but I need to make sure that I can easily turn it on and off when needed.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Separate Stripe plugin required with WooCommerce payments? That helps a lot, thank you. I will go ahead and deactivate the separate Stripe plugin. Thanks again, Mirko.
