I think you should try deactivating all your plugins then re-enabling them one by one to identify where the problem is. You can also try switching to a default theme.

Okay. You need to remove the page from the menu. I don’t know about individual themes unfortunately.

What version of the plugin are you using?
I can’t see that you’re using a caching plugin on your site – the caching bug was fixed on a previous version of the plugin anyhow.
Can you confirm you have

Custom post types shouldn’t affect it at all.
Check you’ve got wp_footer() in your theme.
Otherwise please post a link to a site that’s not working.
