My issue is that when I create any promo (not a shipping promo) is giving my an error at the checkout saying there is not shipping method available. For instance I create a 15% disocunt coupon and cusotmers can’t place the order unless I add also the Free shiping to the coupon.So I have no way to give only 15% discount.

I did not get any email about this and error still happening. It is preventing me to bulk update orders to completed status when we ship them.
