I’ll give that a try. I’ve also solved the little problem with the audio player plugin – I’ve installed the Haiku Player, which doesn’t use Javascript at all, but instead is HTML5-based. Yay!
Sorted. I had to deactivate HyperCache as well (http://www.satollo.net/plugins/hyper-cache). The only question that remains – is there a WP Cache solution that works with the Lightbox?

Same here. I can’t even use the plugin’s “custom text field” – I can put in text, but this text doesn’t get updated, it reverts back to the default (blog author’s name).
