I have corrected this part of the problem: “Additionally, even if an image that already has been uploaded is selected, when I go to preview it does not appear.” – it appears; it is just the upload error with new images.
I’m not sure what that means (php.ini) but nothing has changed – it worked to upload images for years and suddenly both myself and another person are having problems.
