Hi @jordesign, thanks that was helpful. There are at least two other bug reports currently open on this issue but no fix. I will be looking more closely at the differences in the user data portion of the failed and the successful XML files to see if I can figure it out. Meanwhile it’s a known bug but not resolved yet. Yes good call! I solved by adding a .user.ini file in my root directory with the max_input_vars = 5000 variable setting. My client uses GoDaddy and adding this file to html directory solved the issue. Thank you for the solution – much appreciated.
