I’m not using any language plugin but just want one more text-box besides “mail” and “phone number” so I can link to my english version webside – is that possible?

Hope my answer isn’t too late. Just had the same problem but I solved it!
You can use a plugin for this – it’s very easy! Search after “menu icons”, download it and activate it. You get plenty of already made icons to choose from or you can uploade your own image.
