The client created the offending photos (but also a lot of ‘good’ ones), so I’ll have to do some re-con to find out what she’s doing. She’s pretty savvy. In any case, it’ll take us a couple days, to fiddle around and talk back and forth. So I’ll report back, probably next week to see if we’ve resolved things.

In reply to: I must be doing this wrongAre you using categories at all? Instead of Pages for TopicContent, put content in Posts and assign them to Post/Categories. Then use Appearance/Menus to organize the Pages and Categories in the structure you want.

In reply to: Warning and fatal error message trying to install WordPressYes, what wslade said–use 1-click install. But I’m wondering why you used FTP at all. Are you moving a website? As a general rule, FTPing is not a good choice if you are moving a site. There are internal references to the old location that won’t be recognized in the new location. So if you want to move a website, you either need to go into the code and fix all the locations, or use a utility that copies/migrates the site, which includes making these internal changes.
