12-12-14 Tyring to get in touch with your staff is a nightmare. No one ever answers the phones. I try to upgarde my product online and it won’t let me do it. I’m sitting around twiddling my thumbs waiting for an email all the while I have a malware issue on my site and no way to upgrade my product over the phone or online.
