Hi,

I disabled all the plugins and reactivated them one by one while checking if the popup will work on mobile devices. Turns out it’s the “Popup Builder Exit intent” looks like it’s an extension of the Popup Builder Pro plugin.

Hello,

I didn’t see System Information in Popup Builder>Settings (please see the screenshot). I also don’t have an account in wetransfer so I hope this one works https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1lRpxaB0lH3Bsz1MiI8EjkZBom5f6rMk1?usp=sharing

Please clear your cookies if the popup is not showing in the desktop version
