Ok, found the problem. It was a payment plugin I had installed.
I’ve inspected the page and saw that font-size and alignment from that element was being calculated from this plugin CSS.

I’ve updated the post a couple minutes ago with this info.
Even if I go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Typography > Body and start tweaking with font size it doesn’t change these particular items. Everything else changes size as expected but not those.
I’ve increase font size to 32px just to use as an example and published, you can see the result in original link.
Also, quantity in the slider seems not aligned well.
