In reply to: [Knews Multilingual Newsletters] sending terribly slowFor a great amount of subscribers, CRON method is mandatory. WP-CRON doesn’t be triggered until you get a visit on your website (less website traffic sucks). I think this is the problem… you can also use the JS-CRON, leave a window opened and wait… if this solves the issue, I’m sure, WP-CRON is the cause.

What are the trigger method? CRON / JS-CRON / WP-CRON?
This are a manual newsletter submission or automated newsletter submission?
What are the amount of submits selected per iteration?
About errors:
Are you submitting with wp_mail() or SMTP?

Try to add this line in your wp-config.php or functions.php theme widh a random value (default is 103):

First of all, use always the Prioritary Support form if you are a Pro user! We are so bussy…
The newsletters created with the Knews Free and Early versions of Knews Pro can’t do it… Update Knews pro to the latest version, create the newsletter for automate again and the automate task… or contact with us and we will patch it manually…

Carles.You must to rename the /knews folder through your FTP client, if you are seeing the Knews button in the admin bar, you have Knews installed…
If you don’t have a /knews folder in your /plugins forder, you don’t have Knews installed!!!
This is the full path:
/wp-content/plugins/knewsIf you haven’t Knews installed… Knews can’t be the problem!!!
Can do you confirm this?
