Thanks for getting back to me.
Google has instructed webmasters to use “sponsored” or “nofollow” tags for affiliate/paid advertisement links. This will prevent PageRank from being passed from one site to another. It also shows Google that the link is not a “vote” for the quality of the other site but is for advertising purposes. It will prevent any Google penalties for artificial link building or paid links.

Adding a no-follow tag to a URL will look like this:
<href=”https://www.example.com” rel=”nofollow”>
If I input this link on the app it doesn’t accept it as a valid URL.
