In reply to: Removing meta, archives and searchThanks for replying. The Website is hosted on Bluehost–when I click on the WordPress Support Forums in the Bluehost cPanel, it brings me here.
I think I know what may have happened…when I first installed the theme, it was called ‘Portfolio’ (this was in 2010). I vaguely recall seeing notices that that theme was going to be discontinued and another one would be switched in that was similar. I hadn’t been on my website much the past year or so but have been updating lately and noticed this change…I think the new theme substitute is very like the original Portfolio except for this quirk.
I’m thinking I’m just going to change themes…I want it to look like a website, not a blog. I had worked hard to get it that way in 2010…but now it looks like a blog! If it’s written in the code, not much I can do.
