Hello. I fix this problem. It had to do with chmod.
My recipe:
1. Create new folder with fresh wordpress files.
2. Copy wp-config.php from your directory to folder with fresh wordpress.
3. Download new ultimate csv plugin (the same version) and paste to fresh wordpress.
4. Rename folder name of your domain to (ex. domain1.com)
5. Renam folder with fresh wordpress to your domain directory.
6. Go to wp-admin, activate plugin and turn on ultimate csv (should work).
7. Change folder name with your old wordpress to domain directiory.
8. Ultimate csv should work 🙂
