In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Facebook Import ErrorHi Sunny,
I acquired my calendar some time ago. The user ID was completely different from what is now. The e-mail address is currently used as the ID rather than the original User ID. I attempted to use the password that I had on file and failed so I reset it. The password reset message was received at my e-mail address so hopefully that will indicate that it is a known e-mail address and that my account records are on file somewhere.
My e-mail address is [ redacted ]Any further assistance would be much appreciated.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Displaying all eventsHi Ben,
Thanks for your quick response.
I followed your advice and changed the number of events shown for the Agenda view from 40 to 200 to see what was displayed as a result.
From what I can gather, what I’ve done is change the number of events per month that are displayed as the calendar displays a month at a time.
Is there a way of changing the amount of months that are displayed at a time? Ideally we would like to even remove this limit and show all events in all months, can this be done?
Best regards,

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Facebook Import ErrorHi Sunny,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I tried again using Edge instead of Chrome and unfortunately, the screen looked exactly the same as before.
I then tried to login my Timely account using my username and found that only my e-mail address would be accepted.
I reset the password for my e-mail address and tried to access the Get Help screen but only see the following:Get Help
Get Help unavailableAny further assistance would be much appreciated.
Thanks,

In reply to: SMTP IssuesHi Scott,
That’s good thinking. I am sure that the SMTP settings are correct and I’ve had them checked by the e-mail ISP and everything is in order.
The website is a live one so I’ll try your suggestion regarding the plugins during a quiet time, hopefully I’ll be able to pin down the problem.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: Intermittent Error MessageI’ve found the solution and it was to do a with the object-cache.php file that was tucked away in the Drop-ins section of the plugins.
Once I disabled this plugin, that seemed to have solved the problem.
Thank you for your help.

In reply to: Intermittent Error MessageHi Steve,
We don’t have any caching plugins installed I’m afraid.
Thanks!

I added this shortcode previously and I’m afraid that the form doesn’t appear.

The new URL after going live will be http://current.com/contact/What I would like to do is forward the current URL to the new URL after the new website is launched so that
http://current.com/contact.php -> http://current.com/contact/

In reply to: New Core File or Hacker File?I contacted Wordfence support and this is an extract of their response:
We think that some update scripts used by either wordpress or hosting companies are leaving that file in there. We think it might be used by older themes and are evaluating what to do.
They also state that it ought to be OK to leave the file as it is until such time a plan of action has been made.

In reply to: New Core File or Hacker File?OK, thanks for your responses!
Do you think this cause for concern?
Should I go ahead and ask WordFence why they’re flagging a file that seems to have been there previously?Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: Page Content Not Visible in Visual Editor ModeHi All,
I found what the issue was.
I installed the Zia3-JS-CSS plugin and this effectively blanked out the page contents in the Visual mode.
Once I had deactivated the plugin, the contents appeared as normal.Thank you all for your help!
