Hi again,
The developer has discontinued the theme I currently have and even though I purchased the theme, there is no longer support for it so the ongoing issues cannot be fixed. Real Estate forms only one part of my business but since it is now integral, it may be worth looking into a Real Estate specific theme and adapt to that.
Does WPL basic accept the following plugins or are any of them already integrated into the theme itself?: WP Customer Area, vCita, Cookie Notice and Jigoshop
I see there are unlimited colours which is important because my company colours are lime green and grey so I assume I can adapt the theme to that. Also, do the sliders on the homepage have to be of properties or can I make my own as I have on my current website because as mentioned, real estate isn’t my entire business?

SabrinaHi. I added the search widget and the parameters and even though I tell it to search for property in a particular area, the results still turn up properties from all areas

I changed the theme to Twenty Fourteen and the same thing happened. I check all active plugins one by one but nothing changed and I have also deleted all inactive plugins just in case but still nothing. The page works fine until the 6th property.
If you wouldn’t mind checking my site to see if the third party code can be removed somehow, I would be really grateful.

The problem that occurred due to the update has been fixed thank you so my site has been restored.
The problem with the other two points I raised remain:
2- Please enable WPL on your website, we cannot check it now, but it can be related to your search widget misconfiguration.
* How do I do this?3- PDF flyer is included in WPL PRO. Please let us know what do you mean exactly by attached PDF. Did you attached it using WPL attachment section or you used link type for adding a new field through flex menu.
* When adding a new listing, under the attachments section, I upload a PDF with the obligatory energy performance certificate. The attachment uploads correctly but when viewed from the front end of my site, instead of showing as a PDF icon, it shows the link, i.e.,att_CEES4335490001.pdf which makes the page look messy. How can this be fixed?Thanks again for all your advice and help so far

I wondered the same because only the first six properties are clickable on my website. The first six switch and say “More Details” but none of the others do and you cannot click on them to view anything. How can I resolve this?

Regards,OK, so how can I fix this? The property section of my site has been down for a total of 5 days now and I need this to be sorted somehow. All I know is that it worked fine until I updated it to the new version and then my whole site crashed. I’m not blaming one side or the other because I don’t even know what the problem is.
If I try to even activate the plug-in from my Dashboard, it crashes and I have to contact my host tech support to restore it. Is there anything you can do to help? If not, I’m going to have to replace WPL and I really don’t want to as it was the only one I liked for design and functionality so it would be a massive shame and disappointment for me but I also can’t leave the site as it is with [WPL] showing where properties should be especially because I had just started a business campaign with it.

All the above is beyond me so I went to my website tech support for help and this was their response which is again beyond my IT/coding abilities. Can you tell me if based on this information, the problem can be fixed please?:While activating the ‘WPL’ plugin it kept on loading and finally showing the database error. I have enabled the debug mode in wp-config.php file and admin is showing below error.
Warning: mysql_connect(): User already has more than ‘max_user_connections’ active connections in /hermes/bosnaweb16a/b1652/ipg.canaryadminservicesc/newweb/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1518
The error while activating the plugin is because your database user has reached the limit of concurrent MySQL user connections which is set to 10. This limit cannot be raised on our shared platform. I would recommend checking with the documentation of the plugin ‘WPL’, as you may have an option of disabling persistent MySQL connections in plugin files. You can also modify the queries/connection strings of this plugin to avoid reaching the maximum limit. The biggest cause of this MySQL connection error is from poorly written code or applications that do not close the connection once the MySQL query or command has been ran. Please contact the plugin vendor for further investigation of the issue.

This number is for import/export where companies are required to register. I need customers who purchase my e-Books and services to be able to input their ID or passport number for invoicing purposes so this API will not work for the majority of companies that use this plugin. Is there another way around it?Thanks

EU VAT Number (billing) is not a valid VAT Number. Leave it blank to disable VAT validation. (VAT may be charged depending on your location)
