Thank you for your response. I do have a WordPress account, in fact I am trying to buy a plug-in for it and it is not letting me log into WooCommerce with that account to purchase it. The password is correct and I am able to log into WordPress the problem is with WooCommerce.
Update: I tried what you suggested and it still is not working. Resetting my password did not change anything.
