I just got it working! I had to delete the old version of Material Design Pro then I reinstalled the plugin and the styling worked. Thanks for helping troubleshoot!
That’s what I noticed from your update notes. I just double checked and I’m on version 1.5.10. Here are some other versions of what I’m using in case that helps.
Wordpress: 4.7.5
Divi: 3.0.50
Material Design for Contact Form 7 (Premium): Version 1.5.10
Contact Form 7: Version 4.8
