Hi there – is this being addressed? is the root cause known as yet? I have deleted and re-installed as per instructions and still get the same issue

Hi,

I have tried all the recommended solutions, and still no luck. Is there anything else that I can try, or any updates coming to the plugin?

Thanks for the update. Looks like the update did not fix the issue. Tested the Same process as above.. please let me know if this can be addressed.
