I agree. I have too much trouble with Woocommerce and their support is absolutely horrible. It takes days for them to reply and my customers are unable to place orders all that time. I’m loosing business!!!!
In the few months I have had Woocommerce, my website has been down twice. I submit a ticket and it takes DAYS to get back to me. In the meantime no one can order products on my website and I loose business. How do you get them to respond quickly????
