Yes my customer have it i’m gonna ask him the number, but it was working before as you say with Event Tickets Plus. But with your last update of Event Ticket Plus 5.3.3 this section disappeared, you can check on your test websites, you will not see it anymore. I tried all your steps, event with disable all the plugins and templates and only keep Event tickets but it’s still not working …
