    Hi,

    Ticket Commerce is not working on my website, i configure everything correctly but it does not work
    In fact when i click on “Réserer Places” the new page is opening (where you have to fill the informations), but i have an infinite loading as you can see on this screen : https://ibb.co/6WLtFXR
    When i check the javascript console error, I have an error that is responsible of this, you can see the error on this screenshot : https://ibb.co/DQRrdRc

    Thank you for reaching out to us! I hope you’re doing well and I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble setting up Tickets Commerce.

    I can see that the problem is happening when you’re being redirected to the Attendee Registration page. Can you please share the versions of Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus with me?

    If you use the Attendee Registration Modal (You can enable it on Events > Settings > Tickets > Attendee Registration) is that error still there?

    Yes i already tried with the default model and i have the same error
    Events Tickets : Version 5.2.1
    Events Tickets Plus : Version 5.3.1

    Hi @calyweb,

    Thanks for the follow-up and for sharing the information with me.

    Apparently, you’re using the old tickets views and that could be the reason why this is not working for you. Can you please enable the new tickets experience under Events > Settings > Display?

    Thank you for the follow-up.

    I tried to reproduce the issue both locally and on your site and I couldn’t. If I go to your site, add a ticket for the page you shared previously and I proceed to checkout then the PayPal button is showing up: https://cloudup.com/ch4aLV0VdFs

    Thanks for the follow-up.

    I understand. Can you please check that you’re not on Test mode? You can check if you’re on test mode by going to Events > Settings > Payments. One thing to note is that after the test mode is changed, the connection must be done again.

    We’ve been trying to reproduce your issue and we couldn’t.

    What I’d ideally recommend you is to:

    Clear transients.
    – Be sure that you’re not on test mode.
    – Re-connect with PayPal.

    Thanks for the follow-up and sorry for the delayed response.

    We’ve recently released a new version with a patch that might help resolve your issue. I’ve been checking and I still can’t reproduce your issue.

    Can you please confirm if this is still happening with the latest version of Event Tickets?
