Hey Jeremy, thanks for your response. I’ve resolved this but just to follow up:
Google was displaying this on their search page, under the link to my site.To fix it, I requested a review in the google search console. I did not make any changes to my site at all, but google reviewed it and now says it is clean. Not sure why, but if you’re interested i’d be glad to send over some screenshots.
