It worked! I went to the theme section of the dashboard and saw that both seems needed to be updated. So I updated them both refreshed the homepage and then I saw nothing but a blank page for that as well. But then I switched to the TwentySevenTeen Theme then I switched back and its back to normal now! Thank you!

Hello. No sorry. I guess you caught me at a point I was still messing with the plugin. It is activated now so you can take a look now. I wont mess with it any longer.
As far as wp_head() and wp_footer() functions I am not sure. This theme is a bit different from the other themes I have used before. None of the code is where it should be. Like the header.php, it just has a php opening tag and that is it. It is a virtue theme. Would you happen to know how I can find out if it has these functions?
