Hi @mertozsoy ,
Unfortunately, that is currently not possible with Buttonizer.
We do plan to make this possible in a future update. Although it won’t be in the near future.
Hi @marmg1987 ,

Hi @ranaharoon322 ,
We will fix this in a future update.
For a temporary fix, you could perhaps add this custom script into your site’s header:<script type="text/javascript"> function buttonizerInitialized() { document.querySelector(".buttonizer").onclick = () => { if(document.querySelector(".fb-customerchat").querySelector("iframe").style.maxHeight !== "0px") { FB.CustomerChat.hideDialog(); } } } </script>This will make it so that when you click on the group button, it will close the Messenger Chat Widget.
Please let me know if this works for you!
Hi @wezzlee,
Thanks for reminding us regarding this!
We have a topic in our community forums regarding this issue.
Popups – WordPress Popups plugin is discontinuedPopups – WordPress Popup has been discontinued and replaced with WP Popups β WordPress Popup builder.
Your site currently has WP Popups.
Unfortunately, Buttonizer currently only has an option for Popups – WordPress Popup. We will include a new option for WP Popups in our next big update. π
Thanks for letting us know your issue has already been resolved. Let us know if anything else happens, then we will look into it π

Hi @samruddhiz ,
Thanks for your review!
We have several ways to offer you support.
You can make a topic in our community forums, send us an email or through the WordPress Support Forums. πCould you perhaps let us know which shopping cart plugin/theme is Buttonizer conflicting with?
Hi @giokoykoy ,
Currently Buttonizer is not yet WPML (or other multilingual plugins) compatible. Or at least, not officially, we have seen people using some WPML functionality to translate buttons, but I am not sure which that was.
For more informations and possible solutions, see the following knowledge base article: https://community.buttonizer.pro/knowledgebase/380-multiple-languages-on-buttonizer
We’re still planning to implement multilingual functionality into Buttonizer, as soon we’ve done that we will update the above knowledge base article.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
Hi @bessington72 ,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Could you perhaps take a look at your console log and see if there are any errors being shown on the Buttonizer dashboard?
Hi @fh4545 ,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
It seems that you simply need to add a “minimum-scale=1” to your viewport.
So it should look like this:
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1 minimum-scale=1">This should fix the white space and bring Buttonizer back into the screen.
Please let me know if this works for you! π
Hi @oasisg ,
Currently, we only have 1 supported chat box in Buttonizer.

Hi @arsenalemusica ,
Unfortunately, it’s currently not possible to change the direction of the menu.
It’s also not as simple as changing the flex-direction due to other factors such as label ending up on the way and other little position css that we had to use.We are currently working on an update that will restructure the way we render Buttonizer, making it much easier for us to create settings for something like this.
After this update, we have plans to create a menu style that opens horizontally. π
Hi @tekacip ,
We’re currently working on a big update which we expect to release next month. We’ve added the ‘noopener’ and ‘noreffer’ option in this version too.
I’ll update this topic as soon we’ve released our updated π
Let me know if you’ve any further questions or feedback!
