I really don’t want it to be a widget on the left/right side. I want it right where is is now – but on a static front page. I think the WordPress developers of the theme probably could tell me how to do it.
I believe so. If you used Dreamweaver did it create the site in Html? Are the pages HTML pages?
Try this, I did and it worked. Maybe set up a dummy WordPress and try to do it now – http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/import-html-pages/
