I am getting this same error. I was able to resolve this by:
– Download the plugin
– Open the zip file
– Delete the folder ‘TRUNK’
– Go into the active plugin and remove ‘Heartbeat Control’ (If it exists)
– Now install and activate the plugin
You should no longer have this error. Hope this helps.
