Renaming the wordfence folder did not fix the issue.
I had a backup of the site before upgrading the wordfence plugin and uploading those files did not make a change either.
I reinstalled the old version and all seems to be back to normal.
Please advise.
I don’t know what that means and if it applies to me.

I updated the wordfence plugin this morning and now cannot access the admin section of my site. I receive a Error 500 server error.
The front end of the site is unaffected but the backend displays the error.
Please advise.
This was the only plugin that required updating so I am thinking wordfence is the issue.
