The issue with the web-login is an error with the includes, so I can’t login via the website.
The issue with the FTP is 530 Login incorrect.
So I am unable to get in via the web or via FTP.
Do I need to request FTP access, as it is not working?
Can I check to see if the admin login I have has FTP access granted?
