Same thing happened to me with the 5.1.5 update. And now it’s happening again with the 5.1.6 update. Seems to get hung up on the image files being updated.
My only recourse last time was to manually download the wordfence update, unzip it and manually delete the old version of wordfence and upload the new version to my server via ftp.
I have autoupdate checked in my wordfence options, but for the last two updates it hasn’t auto-updated. I have wordfence running on another blog I admin and the updates happen automatically just fine.
I’d love to see this resolved. It’s a time bandit to have to manually update each time.
UPDATE: I’ve grown used to the warm security blanket that is Wordfence, so rather than waiting to update to 5.1.5, while I worked out the issue, I went ahead and manually downloaded the 5.1.5 update and replaced the 5.1.4 version of Wordfence through ftp.
Everything seems to be working fine now and I’m no longer getting the update notice when I run the Wordfence scan.
Just thought I’d post my results in case others are having my issue this weekend.
Hello Mark! I will email you what I have. Thank you for the incredibly fast response here. I know you’re primarily concerned with the subscription support requests, so it was kind of you to respond here.

In reply to: Jetpack email subscriptions sending in SpanishSorry, I should have clarified that the actual blog content of the subscriber emails is in English, as expected, but the email subject line, the date, comment button and footer subscription information is all in Spanish.
