    Thank you for your kind patience with this and sorry for the delay in replying to you here.

    About your reported issue:
    There’s a feature on the Elementor called Responsive that will make us be able to hide Section, Column, or Widget on a specific device.

    Would you please go to the Elementor Header & Footer (EHF) then check the widget or the column where that section exists and see if the Responsive feature, just in case you, unintentionally, hide it on tablet and mobile. Please have a look at this screenshot as a reference.

    Thank you for your kind patience with this and sorry for the delay in replying here.

    About your reported issue:
    I’m sorry and I understand you’re lost in-between support of your theme & our plugin, which is bad. However – did you try switching to any other theme for a couple of minutes just to see if this resolves the issue that you’re having?

    There could be a possibility that the theme is interfering and things will work smoothly on other themes, which would help you show your theme author that issue is with their theme and push them for support. 

    However, should you find anything wrong with our plugin working on other themes, please do let me know and I’ll be glad to check it further.

    I understand your concerns about this one, but it seems compatibility issue. There are thousands of themes/plugins available on the WordPress Repository. It is quite difficult for us to test each and every theme/plugin with EHF plugin. We haven’t heard of any major issues till now for such a combination.

    Thank you for your kind patience with this and sorry for the delay in replying you here.

    I tested with the new installation also with the default WordPress theme here at my test site along with the below activations:
    Elementor Header & Footer Builder – version 1.6.13
    Elementor Pro – version 3.12.2

    I did not get any such issue here at my end. Can you please share more details if that can be helpful to find a reason if you are still facing such issues over there?
