In reply to: [Ultimate Addons for Elementor] The shopping cart icon is disappearHi @thekinder1212 ,
Thank you for your kind patience and sorry for the delay in replying to you here.
It seems you might be running with the older version on your site. Please take updates it to the latest version and check with all the updated files.
As this is not happening on our test site, it would be good if you can send the steps to replicate the same thing here for our reference. You can send your site’s URL also here, so that we can take a look.
Let us know how it goes!
Thank you,

In reply to: [Ultimate Addons for Elementor] Product title not visible woocommerceHello @taramb2022 ,
Thank you for your kind patience and sorry for the delay in replying to you here.
I can see in that thread they are talking about the single product page title and I just have checked the same from my side to make sure about the same. See the screenshot here for your reference too:
https://share.getcloudapp.com/wbuQkNzGAs you can see in the above screenshot, it is working fine for me as I have tested with the latest versions without any additional 3rd party plugins.
Please check by disabling all the installed plugins except Elementor and EHF. It could be a caching issue if it doesn’t fix the issue. Try removing any caching plugins on your site if they are installed.
Also, it could also be caching from the server side. We had something similar on our demo site – our host was able to sort it out. Try this on your staging site, first of all, to make sure from your side too before making any changes to the live site to be safe.
After that also if an issue still persists, it would be good if you can send proper steps for our reference to replicate the similar results here on our end too.
Thank you,

In reply to: [Ultimate Addons for Elementor] The7 theme issueHello @darkmatter661 ,
Thank you for your kind patience and sorry for the delay in replying to you here!
As you know, the fact is that there are thousands of themes available on the WordPress Repository. Hence, It is quite difficult for us to test each and every theme for compatibility from our side.
But could you please confirm once if this is only happening after activating the EHF plugin? Or else there might be some other plugin on your website that might be causing this issue. Kindly deactivate the EHF plugin and check if that resolves the issue.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, then another plugin(s) might be causing the issue. Please try deactivating other plugins too.
Let me know how it goes.
Thank you,

In reply to: [Ultimate Addons for Elementor] Custom blocks are not responsiveHi Alexa,
Thank you for your kind patience and sorry for the delay in replying to you here!
I just have checked the steps on my local site you mentioned and it worked for me as expected. Here is the video for your reference too:
https://share.getcloudapp.com/L1u9YBr4As you can see in the video I have setup different numbers of columns for individual responsive views like a separate number of columns for Desktop, Tablet and Mobile as well.
Also, it could be some sort of caching issue. Try removing any caching plugins on your site if they are installed. It could also be caching from the server side too. Let them know what is happening as well and they should have further insight.
Thank you,

In reply to: [Ultimate Addons for Elementor] Header issues on different responsive modesHello Tracy,
Thank you for your kind patience and sorry for the delay in replying to you here!
By looking at your query, it seems something is getting conflicted with the flow of code here at your site. Also, I am getting your concerns about the module’s performance within different sizes of the screen and mobile view.
For this, please check by disabling all the installed plugins except Elementor and EHF. If it doesn’t fix the issue, it could be a caching issue. Try removing any caching plugins on your site if they are installed. It could also be caching from the server side. We had something similar on our demo site – our host was able to sort it out. You can also try that way.
Thank you,
Umar
