It seems the issue has been fixed by taking updates of Elementor itself as the same has been raised by the other customers also, the issue has been fixed on their site by this way as they have confirmed too.
Did you try that way?

We got similar issues in the past, but later on they confirmed that the issues got fixed by taking updates of Elementor itself. Did you try that?
