By looking at your site, it seems something is getting conflicted. Before going ahead please, make sure that you have done a few basic tests from your site OR not yet at any of your sites?

In that case, have you tested for any conflicts with the proper steps as explained below along with the basic troubleshooting?

Yes, I understand your concerns about this, but I would like to be more clear on the same as it is all about the appearance and looks of the theme that you are using on the site, which could be different according to the individual site’s needs. In addition, the site’s appearance on mobile devices also mainly depends on the theme’s responsiveness first.

However, our product is completely open-coded and you can make changes to the requirements anytime. If you are good at CSS scripting skills, then such changes are easy for you to achieve. In addition, you can add your own custom CSS also to get your required layout and appearance.

I would like to give you some guidance on the ideal process for your reference:
Here in this case, you will need to add some additional custom CSS to that way. Kindly add the CSS on your site in the Additional CSS tab by following the below instructions and let me know how it goes.
