I just installed v1.4.44.1 and removed and re-added the MCP to ChatGPT, no errors and I now have access to 184 tools.

I can confirm the same thing is happening with me with Version 1.4.44.

Error refreshing actions. Invalid MCP tool schema for tool ‘wc_create_order
