To be complete in this case, it is only true if your customer is a business with a valid VAT number.
So exporting from the Netherlands to Belgium with valid vat = 0%

If someone place an order in my shop as a person, i have to add the VAT from the country where my shop is located.

this one is fixed, but i dont get the relationships between the booster config and the payment providers.
