I just installed the lastest version (2.2), but the issue with accessing the subdomain over https still exist. After contacting the SiteGround, the told me that it is necessary to create a symlink to get this working with your plugin.
Support answer from SiteGround:
In case you have any similar sub domain names that are virtually linked to posts inside your website, for them to work with SSL, you need to create symlink for each sub domain name.
example page
https://domain.com/mypageneeds a symlink in the root of domain.com
ln -s . mypageafter that I can access the page by
https://mypage.domain.comIs this something you can solve in your plugin?

define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false); is already in de wp-config.php

This is really an error, because the MPD will be visible on new sites added (with this warning/error message), while this should not because I selected only one master. And while the MPD is visible on the new sites you can copy pages to other sites!
So really this is not only a warning message.
