I add file like that, but then I can’t make preview pic by Video Embed & Thumbnail Generator and it doesn’t show views count…

I don’t want to make this pics and add they by myself, can it be automattic? Or maybe there is function to set video begin from 00:03?

I mean I click Add New Post – Add Media – Upload Files – Select Files (I choose my video) – Insert Into Post, so then I get

[video width="560" height="315" mp4="www"][/video]

And if this video not start with 00:00 it looks like this, can I fix it?:

But I mean not a plugin, I’m talking about player that appear then I add media at post.
